Role Overview

Influencer Marketing & Sales Manager

Alongside sales, youll also support the internal team in planning and overseeing influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends. While execution will be part of the workflow, your strengths should lie in sales, strategic thinking, and presenting tailored influencer-led solutions to brands and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Growth

  • Lead sales efforts for the influencer marketing vertical by identifying potential clients, pitching campaign ideas, and closing deals.
  • Build strong relationships with brands and agencies, maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs.
  • Create tailored proposals and sales decks that align with client objectives and current market trends.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, track targets, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover to the campaign team.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling new influencer strategies or formats.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution Support

    • Translate client briefs into clear influencer marketing plans, including content direction, creator shortlists, and timelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals, tonality, and platform trends.
    • Oversee campaign coordination by supporting influencer briefing, timeline management, and content approvals.
    • Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Ensure smooth internal and external communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.

    Requirements

    • 35 years of experience in

      sales, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships, preferably in a digital or influencer marketing agency.
    • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and content trends across platforms.
    • Skilled in preparing sharp, visually compelling client presentations.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and basic project management tools.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience leading influencer marketing sales at an agency or digital brand.
    • Ability to evaluate creative content with a brand-first lens.
    • Exposure to youth/lifestyle/beauty/FMCG brands is a plus.
