Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with Spottlightt Social and any other client's business goals, brand voice, and target audience. Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and increased brand visibility across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. Content Creation & Community Management Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content including text, visuals, and video, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions. Build and nurture a positive, engaged online community. Handle potential crises or negative feedback swiftly and sensitively, in coordination with relevant teams. Analytics & Performance Reporting Track and analyse key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies. Market Research & Trend Monitoring Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a fresh and competitive online presence. Integrated Marketing Strategy Design and execute holistic marketing campaigns aligned with broader business objectives. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, customer needs, and industry shifts, using insights to guide strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
