Social media Executive

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to identify engagement opportunities.
• Support the team in content ideation, caption writing, and visual storytelling.
• Engage with followers — reply to comments, DMs, and community posts.
• Monitor analytics and prepare basic performance reports.
• Assist with campaign execution (e.g., contests, collaborations, influencer tie-ups).
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma) is a plus.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creativity skills.
• Good sense of aesthetics, branding, and tone consistency.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
