Personal Assistant

Job Title: Personal Assistant to (Influencer + Entrepreneur)

Location: Mumbai (On-ground role with frequent travel)

Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-2 years preferred in a similar or demanding assistant role

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to support a well-known public figure represented by Spottlightt Social. This individual will work closely with the talent to manage both professional and personal responsibilities, ensuring smooth coordination across all areas of their life. The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires someone who is solution-oriented, discreet, and dependable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, including shoots, brand meetings, business discussions, events, and personal appointments

2. Liaise with internal teams, brand partners, stylists, PR representatives, agencies, and external vendors

3. Handle day-to-day communication such as emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the talent

4. Plan and manage travel logistics - both within the city and for outstation trips

5. Support backend operations for their business, including coordination with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders

6. Assist with personal errands, shopping, appointments, and administrative tasks

7. Be physically present at shoots, events, and work-related activities when required

8. Maintain ongoing task lists, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-ups

9. Be available to travel frequently for work and personal engagements

Who We’re Looking For:

2. Strong communicator with a calm and professional demeanor

3. Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information

4. Adaptable and comfortable working irregular hours, including weekends

5. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Please note: This is a full-time position where the assistant will work directly under and be paid by the talent. Spottlightt Social will support in the hiring process but will not be involved in day-to-day management or compensation.
