We are looking for: Personal Assistant

You’ll make an impact by:

to support our team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication across global teams.
Execute request-to-approval workflows in MyMailSAP.
Handle service orders and hardware purchases in compliance with company policies.
Proactively manage status updates and ensure policy-compliant purchasing.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and change handling.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
Manage travel expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
Manage cross-team scheduling and recurring meetings.
Handle rescheduling, conflict resolution, and availability checks.
Support structured planning for leadership and project meetings.
Communicate and coordinate with secretariats of other Siemens units for scheduling alignment.
Assist in preparing newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
Coordinate with teams for content management (SharePoint, email, intranet).
Support visual storytelling and drafting strategic messages aligned with leadership guidance.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with SAP systems (MyMailSAP preferred).
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned topics.
Experience in administrative support or similar roles is a plus.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and time zones.
Strong collaboration skills in virtual, global teams using tools like Microsoft Teams.
German language skills Must.
Experience working with or for German headquarters.
A dynamic and diverse team with a collaborative spirit.
A positive atmosphere across countries and cultures.
