Store Manager - Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager with knowledge of hair extensions and wigs to manage our HairHaux store. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or beauty-related fields. They should be able to handle reception, assist customers, and manage store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing expert guidance on hair extensions and wigs.

Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.

Maintain store aesthetics and product displays to attract customers.

Handle reception duties such as answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

Process sales transactions, manage cash and digital payments.

Track and manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of products.

Provide after-sales support, including product care instructions and troubleshooting.

Train and supervise store staff (if required).

Ensure excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

She should has basic knowledge of photography / videography

She should be comfortable in front of camera for social media posting.

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in retail, sales, beauty, or hair-related fields.

Knowledge of hair extensions and wigs (types, application, and maintenance).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle store operations and reception duties efficiently.

Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Basic computer skills for billing and inventory management.

Enthusiastic, well-groomed, and professional.
