The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about building a career in human resources. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks. Support the recruitment process: scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. Coordinate new employee onboarding and documentation. Help update and maintain HR policies and employee records. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and training programs. Assist with attendance tracking and leave management. Participate in HR audits and compliance checks. Help generate HR-related reports and presentations. Provide support in organizing internal events and communication. Requirements: MBA - HR Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
