Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in core HR functions and contribute to meaningful projects that impact employee experience and organizational culture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

Ø Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.

Ø Executing recruitment plans efficiently and handling End-end recruitment process.

Ø Handling of administration and record-keeping.

Ø Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Ø Conducting new employee orientations and assisting with onboarding procedures.

Ø Maintaining employee records and ensuring all HR documents are up to date.

Ø Coordinating programs, Hosting monthly events and employee development initiatives.

Ø Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Ø Employee’s daily attendance management and generating the reports on monthly bases.

Desired Profile:

Ø Preferred Female Candidate

Ø Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Ø Excellent presentation skill and event hosting

Ø Evident leadership abilities.

Ø Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ø Self-motivated & self-starter.

Ø A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel.

Ø Ability to do multi-tasking.
