IT Administrator

You are a skilled and committed IT Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, which includes networks, servers, and related hardware. Your primary focus will be on network administration, security, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT operations with minimal downtime. Your key responsibilities will include administering and maintaining computer networks and related IT infrastructure, such as hardware, systems software, and applications. You will design, install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. Disaster recovery operations, data backups, and network security measures implementation and monitoring will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will analyze, diagnose, and efficiently resolve network and system issues and manage network addresses and user permissions. Collaboration with vendors to resolve hardware/software issues, negotiating service agreements, and developing technical documentation like network diagrams and reports will be essential aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have 0-2 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role along with CCNA or CCNP certification. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network infrastructure, security principles, firewall configuration, VLANs, VPNs, and access control is required. Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016) is preferred, as well as familiarity with network monitoring tools and scripting languages.
