As an IT Administrator at our company, your role will involve providing IT support, administrative support, and potentially other responsibilities related to managing IT inventory and assets. Here is a breakdown of key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: Role Overview: You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as providing first-level technical support to users. Additionally, you will install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, manage user accounts, and monitor network performance and security.
