Human Resources Recruiting Intern (Full-Time | In-Office)

LMDmax is hiring Human Resources Recruiting Interns to support our recruitment and HR operations for the US market. We are looking for motivated students or fresh graduates with HR knowledge who are eager to build a career in recruitment and operations.

Internship Start Date:

22nd December 2025

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Work from Office)
• Saturday: Work From Home (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for non-technical roles
• Coordinating with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Conducting preliminary interviews, reference checks, and background verification
• Managing offer letters and documentation
• Assisting in employee onboarding and training coordination
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Students pursuing HR / Management or candidates with basic HR knowledge
• Good communication skills (English – spoken & written)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment processes
• Ability to work full-time from office
