HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our dynamic HR team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a career in talent acquisition and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support HR team in onboarding and induction activities.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms.
• Participate in campus hiring drives and recruitment events, if required.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR functions (training will be provided).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Freshers candidates are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
