Job Description

enthusiastic HR Generalist Intern

This internship is ideal for fresh HR MBAs or with 1-2 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

The key tasks during the internship would include (the list is indicative and not exhaustive):

Learn and support the use of HRIS, including data entry, updates, and basic system navigation
Help maintain employee records, HR trackers, and basic documentation
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and internal communication
Handle routine employee queries under the guidance of the HR team

Required Qualifications and Skills

MBA-HR: Fresh graduates or with experience up to 1-2 years,
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

Preferred

Prior experience (academic project or previous internship) involving HR tasks
Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
