Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with team heads for intern and employee onboarding
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation
• Support in creating offer letters, internship letters, and certificates
• Help in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Assist in HR reporting and daily administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA / MBA / HR-related course
