Job Description

· Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results

Administration Responsibilities

· Maintaining MD calendar, scheduling meetings and follow ups.

· Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.

· Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.

· Assist in special events, such as company activities etc.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement

· Good knowledge of HR end-to-end activities

· Strong communication skills

· Possess a good working attitude & have a strong sense of responsibility.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Candidates who can join us immediately are preferred

· Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, management team, clients and in group presentations and meetings

· Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

· Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
