HR Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and assessing candidates" qualifications. You will also coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, handling job postings on various job boards and social media platforms, conducting reference checks and background verifications, and assisting with the offer and onboarding process. To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously, and strong organizational and time management skills.
