PRIZMABRIXX is a leading virtual simulation and real estate technology company specializing in VR walkthroughs, 3D visualization, touch-point tours, availability tools, and tech-driven sales solutions.
With 8+ years of innovation, we are now expanding our internal operations and seeking a dynamic HR Intern to manage and build our HR department.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-centric HR Intern who can handle complete HR operations and contribute to building strong internal processes.
This internship offers real-world HR experience, direct mentorship from the CEO, and a pathway to become a Partner at PRIZMABRIXX based on capability and consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Post job listings on portals
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
  • Assist in selection and onboarding processes

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding kits
  • Maintain HR documents, employee records & compliance
  • Create and refine HR policies

HR Operations

  • Track attendance, tasks, and performance
  • Maintain internal communication and workflow
  • Support hierarchy and reporting systems

Employee Management

  • Coordinate team reviews and weekly meetings
  • Assist in conflict resolution and team engagement activities
  • Help build positive work culture

Strategic Support

  • Assist in developing long-term HR systems
  • Work closely with founders to improve efficiency and structure
  • Contribute to productivity and performance optimization

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational & management ability
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently
  • Proactive, fast learner, and disciplined

Freshers and final-year students are welcome.
No prior experience required—skills and attitude matter more.

Eligibility

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (Any stream)
  • Must be willing to work onsite
  • Passionate about HR, operations, and startup culture
