Location: Sector-63, Noida
Work Timing: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
Employment Type: Internship (Full-time, Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records
• Help in onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Support HR operations and daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related updates
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Management, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Ability to work in evening shift (4:00 PM–11:00 PM)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus
