About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR/Marketing Intern to join our team. This dual-role internship Human Resources and Marketing functions hands-on experience in people management and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and communication materials.

Marketing

• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create content for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events/webinars.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with good writing and content creation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
