About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles with our direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models and understand US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
• Negotiate compensation rates with candidates and vendors.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment reports, track pipelines, and update the ATS/CRM regularly.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for candidate submissions, interviews, and closures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in a staffing/consulting environment. Freshers are also welcome.
• Strong understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, ERP, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa classifications.
• Familiarity with VMS tools and MSP programs is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of successful closures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,852.37 per month
