• Experienced in dealing with W2/C2C candidates, including U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B candidates.

• Skilled in a variety of recruiting techniques, such as headhunting, phone calls, leveraging networking sites, referrals, and internet-based recruiting tools.

• Capable of comprehending technical requirements and promptly submitting consultant profiles.

• Demonstrated track record of success in the U.S. Staffing industry, highlighting effective sales skills.

• Proficient in negotiation, with the ability to finalize rates and salaries that satisfy both candidates and clients.

• Versatile in hiring candidates across all technical skill levels.

• Effective team player with the ability to screen, maintain, and build a comprehensive candidate database.

• Possesses sound knowledge of IT concepts and stays updated with the latest industry trends.

• Can work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Understands the technical requirements of clients and delivers qualified resources that meet their needs.

• Sources and screens potential IT candidates using internal systems/databases, job portals, job postings, and networking within the specified time frame.
