🔹 About the Role

HR Intern

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and documentation formalities.
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and trackers.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview updates.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and HR operational tasks.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR functions.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
