Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Support employee onboarding and engagement activities to ensure a positive work culture
• Maintain HR data and documentation, including attendance, employee records, and performance trackers
• Help in drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and managing hiring platforms
• Contribute ideas for team-building activities, recognition programs, and HR initiatives
• Assist in developing and promoting employer branding content across LinkedIn and other platforms
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in human resources and people management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
