Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork & Fiverr
• Write compelling, customized proposals to maximize conversion rates
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in client acquisition and bidding on Upwork/Fiverr
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Expertise in project scoping, pricing, and client handling
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet bidding targets
• Background in digital marketing, web development, or design (preferred)
