Job Description: Cold Calling Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Cold Calling Interns.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Brandflick Media’s services
• Identify prospects’ needs and generate interest through effective communication
• Maintain and update the lead database on a regular basis
• Schedule follow-up calls and assist the sales team in lead nurturing
• Support the business development team with client communication and coordination
• Learn and apply effective sales and communication techniques under supervision
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client interactions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking over the phone and ability to engage with potential clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Prior experience in calling, sales, or telemarketing is a plus (not mandatory)
