Role Overview: As a Cold Caller, your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients over the phone, generate leads, explain the company's services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the lead generation efforts of the sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases or lead sources - Clearly communicate the company's services and offerings to potential clients - Identify customer needs and arrange meetings or follow-ups as required - Keep detailed records of calls, leads generated, and customer feedback - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable with making calls and interacting with new people - Basic knowledge of sales techniques would be advantageous - Ability to handle rejection professionally - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (Freshers are welcome to apply) Additional Company Details: The company offers training and support for employees, providing an opportunity for professional growth within the organization.
