Job Description

Position: WordPress Developer Experience: 1-1.5 Months Location : Mohali Phase 8b We are looking for a skilled and creative WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, customizing themes and plugins, ensuring responsive design, and optimizing site performance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites. Customize existing themes and plugins or develop new ones as needed. Convert PSD/Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional WordPress pages. Implement SEO best practices in code and site structure. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Troubleshoot issues and perform regular website maintenance. Optimize website speed and performance (caching, image optimization, etc.). Integrate third-party APIs and services. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience developing WordPress websites. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with MySQL and WordPress database structure. Knowledge of theme and plugin development. Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg. Understanding of version control systems like Git. Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
