Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Management

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, layouts, front-end & back-end).
  
• Ensure mobile-first, responsive, and SEO-friendly design.
  
• Build custom themes using Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and/or Gutenberg.
  
• Integrate APIs, CRM tools, analytics, and third-party services.
  

2. Performance Optimization

• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, caching, and overall performance.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure uptime, security, and performance benchmarks.
  

3. Plugin & Theme Customization

• Customize existing plugins or develop new plugins when needed.
  
• Modify themes to match brand guidelines and UI/UX best practices.
  

4. Website Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices (firewalls, malware scans, server checks).
  
• Conduct routine updates and monitor vulnerabilities.
  

5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Identify and resolve website bugs, server issues, plugin conflicts, and technical errors.
  
• Provide ongoing support for website updates, content uploads, and enhancements.
  

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to enhance customer journeys.
  
• Implement lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion-focused components.
  

7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Recommend modern tools, plugins, and technologies to enhance website performance.
  
• Perform A/B tests, usability improvements, and UI/UX refinements.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in

  WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

• Experience with

  Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg

  or custom theme development.
• Understanding of

  MySQL databases

  , cPanel, hosting environments, and DNS.
• Ability to develop and modify

• Experience with

  API integrations
