Full job description Job Title: Senior WordPress Designer & Developer (Elementor Expert) We are looking for a highly experienced WordPress Designer and Developer with a strong background in both frontend design and backend development. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience working with WordPress, extensive expertise in Elementor , and a proven ability to build and maintain advanced, scalable, and responsive websites. This role requires excellent English communication skills , strong problem-solving abilities, and deep technical proficiency across WordPress architecture, PHP, ACF, custom post types, and CSS/HTML. Key Responsibilities Design & Development : Build visually stunning, high-performing websites using Elementor page builder , including advanced template and theme development. Custom Theme & Template Creation : Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and reusable template structures using best practices. ACF & CPTs : Implement Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPTs) to extend site functionality based on project requirements. Plugin Development : Build, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins; advanced PHP development is a strong plus. Troubleshooting & Debugging : Proactively identify and resolve site issues, plugin/theme conflicts, and performance bottlenecks. Responsive Design : Create pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly designs with optimized responsive CSS across all major devices and browsers. Optimization : Apply best practices for performance optimization, SEO-friendly markup, and clean code structure. Collaboration : Work closely with project managers and other team members; communicate clearly about technical solutions and deliverables. About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage our audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions. You will play a key role in enhancing customer communication, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic email initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional, transactional, and automated drip campaigns). Manage end-to-end email campaign execution: content creation, design coordination, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking. Write compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates. Build and maintain email lists while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations. Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, designs, and sending times to optimize performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure email campaigns align with brand strategy and marketing goals. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) for campaign execution. Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in email marketing or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.). Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance laws. Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketing automation dashboards). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with segmentation and personalization strategies. Familiarity with e-commerce email flows (cart abandonment, re-engagement, post-purchase, etc.). Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
