SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing SERP rankings through strategic SEO techniques. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to ensure best practices are implemented across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Fix technical SEO issues such as indexing, crawling, site speed, and structure.
• Develop SEO strategies to improve SERP rankings and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Basic understanding of PPC campaigns (Google Ads).
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,706.92 - ₹38,593.43 per month
