SEO Specialist

Job Title: SEO Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2.5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization. The ideal candidate will

possess deep technical and content SEO knowledge, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing on-site

performance. This role does not include general digital marketing responsibilities—our focus is solely on SEO.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover SEO opportunities.

•Implement on-page SEO: Meta tags, headers, internal links, image optimization, and content alignment.

•Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site speed.

•Work with developers to apply SEO best practices in website code.

•Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

•Optimize content and provide SEO guidance for new pages.

•Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes.

•Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies.

•Monitor key SEO metrics including organic traffic, rankings, CTR, and bounce rate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•2+ years of exclusive SEO experience (not combined with general digital marketing).

•Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.

•Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or others.

•Familiarity with HTML, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and Google Ads.

•Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

•Experience in the animation or creative industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full time.

Pay: Based on the experience.

Schedule: Day shift.

Ability to commute / Relocate.

Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
