About the Role Brandflick Media is seeking a skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that drive measurable growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Conduct audience and keyword research to develop effective targeting strategies. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creatives to maximize engagement. Run A/B tests to improve CTRs and conversions. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights. Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI across campaigns. Qualifications 2–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
