HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR and client coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in HR processes and is confident in handling communication with clients. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates Coordinate meeting schedules and appointments with clients and internal stakeholders Draft, send, and respond to professional emails Maintain HR documentation and candidate databases Follow up with clients and candidates via email or phone Support onboarding and induction processes Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to planning Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of HR roles and responsibilities Ability to draft professional emails and coordinate schedules Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks Good to Have Prior internship or freelance experience in HR/Admin roles Understanding of recruitment processes Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Virar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
