UX/UI Designer Intern

About the Role We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer with proficient in Figma , to join our growing design team. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design beautiful and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and deliver business value. Responsibilities Translate concepts and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand and usability guidelines Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation Conduct basic user research and usability testing Iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights Requirements 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on Figma Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography Portfolio showcasing your UI/UX work and design thinking Knowledge of user-centric design and responsive layouts Good communication and collaboration skills Good to Have Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (for developer handoff understanding) Experience with FigJam, Miro, or similar tools Exposure to user testing and data-informed design decisions Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Virar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
