About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Successful candidates may be offered a full-time position after the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain and update employee records
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
