Job Title: HR Intern Location: Noida 125 TradeX Tower, 3rd Floor Company: Bellway Realtech Pvt. Ltd. Role Overview: We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic HR Intern who will assist in recruitment and hiring activities. The intern will work directly under the guidance of Ms. Komal Yadav (HR Head) and gain real-time exposure to HR operations within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR Head in end-to-end hiring (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews). Post job openings on different platforms (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Maintain and update candidate databases. Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups. Support employee onboarding and documentation. Help in conducting HR activities and employee engagement programs. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eager to learn and take initiative. Must be comfortable working from office (Noida 125 TradeX Tower, 3rd Floor).
