Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist in various HR functions including employee onboarding and maintaining employee records. Additional responsibilities include supporting HR initiatives, handling employee queries, and assisting in organizing HR events. The role also involves preparing HR documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining employee records and handling employee queries
• Ability to support HR initiatives and assist in organizing HR events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Enthusiasm for HR and willingness to learn
