About The Role

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
• Support in onboarding & induction of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in preparation of HR letters, reports, and policies.
• Provide support in payroll and attendance management.
• Research and share insights on HR trends and best practices.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  

Technical Competencies (Hard Skills)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, or ATS tools (preferred)
