Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
• Manage employee records and documentation
• Support onboarding and training processes
• Help organize employee engagement activities
• Assist HR team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR or Business Administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Proficient in MS Office
