About the Role:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    candidate calling and screening

    for various roles.
  • Assist the HR team in

    shortlisting and scheduling interviews

    .
  • Support in

    end-to-end hiring processes

  • Work towards the target of

    15 candidate hirings per month

    .
  • Coordinate with the internal team for daily recruitment updates.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in making calls and interacting with candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet monthly targets.
