Job Description

HR INTERN JDWe are looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern

to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. The intern will assist with core HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination, gaining exposure to practical HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and letters
  • Help with compliance and documentation-related tasks
  • Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Stipend:

15K PER MONTH

Duration:

3-6 months
