Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist/HR Executive who would be responsible for the below mentioned Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
The HR Generalist/HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting the HR department with a focus on employee relations, HR operations, and administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling end to end recruitment ( IT Recruitment)
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Handle Payroll
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in physical and electronic formats.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers on performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Generate HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and events as required.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR functions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
