Role Overview:

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & New Joiner Coordination:

• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
• Conduct inductions and orientation programs.
• Ensure smooth documentation and background verification.

2. Timesheet Management:

• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Ensure timely submission of timesheets and approvals.
• Assist in generating reports for payroll processing.

3. Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and filings.
• Stay updated with HR regulations and implement necessary changes.

4. Employee Engagement:

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Address employee queries and concerns proactively.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

5. Payroll & Compensation Handling:

• Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately.
• Ensure statutory deductions and salary disbursement on time.
• Manage employee benefits and claims.

6. HR Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
• Track probation periods, confirmations, and exit formalities.

7. Employer Branding & HR Initiatives:

• Strengthen the companys employer brand through social media and recruitment platforms.
• Implement best HR practices to attract and retain top talent.
• Work on internal communication and company culture initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
