Job Description

4 - 5 years’ experience in HR end to end process.
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Expertise in HR policies and procedures & assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain employee files and records in system folder.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
An employee-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Familiarity with MS Office suite and Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in health care is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline is preferable.
