HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist – Night Shift

Shift: Night Shift (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, employee relations, and administrative functions to support overnight staff and ensure HR processes run smoothly around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for night shift employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions during the night shift in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of night shift employees.
• Coordinate night shift performance management activities.
• Generate and maintain reports related to attendance, shift coverage, and employee engagement.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting relevant data.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency across shifts.
• Handle emergency HR matters that arise during the night shift.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role; experience in a 24/7 operational environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
