HR Generalist

The HR Generalist position is available at our Faridabad location within the Manufacturing industry. Your main responsibility will be to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department, focusing on statutory compliance and administrative functions. You will be in charge of managing the end-to-end recruitment process for plant-level and support function roles, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, and handling onboarding formalities. Additionally, you will maintain the employee database and personal files. In terms of employee engagement and welfare, you will organize welfare activities, birthday celebrations, and engagement programs. You will also act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances at the plant, promoting a positive workplace culture through effective communication and collaboration. Ensuring statutory compliance is a crucial part of this role. You will be responsible for adhering to PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other relevant regulations. This will involve coordinating with contractors and vendors for compliance documentation, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring timely submission of returns. HR operations and administration tasks include issuing letters such as experience letters, increment letters, and warning notices, supporting internal audits and compliance checks, and assisting in policy implementation and disciplinary actions when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance related to manufacturing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRIS systems, and the ability to handle grievances while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications for this role include an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification and at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist position, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
