Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Department: Data Analyst Specialist Experience Level: 1-2 Years About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will turn data into insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data, enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Create and maintain documentation related to data sources, methodologies, and business definitions. Assist in developing data models and predictive analytics to support business forecasting. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Office Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
