Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist at our Ludhiana location. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting and updating data into company databases, ensuring data accuracy, and verifying information to maintain records. Additional responsibilities include organizing files, compiling data for reporting purposes, and supporting the administrative team with clerical tasks. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and efficiency in data handling to support the company's operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data entry, typing skills, and familiarity with data management software
• Knowledge of database management systems and expertise in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment
• Relevant training or previous experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus
