We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Articulate Storyline Developer to transform our instructional vision into engaging, accessible, and scalable eLearning lessons. This role is central to bringing our content to life using a custom Articulate Storyline template developed by our vendor. The ideal candidate will have experience working within predesigned templates and frameworks while applying creativity, consistency, and precision to lesson creation. Our lessons are designed for mobile first learners, primarily young adults, and are aligned to structured CEFR progression from A1 to C2. They include a variety of interactive segments, branching conversations, and feedback. Familiarity with replicating tone and pacing across segments such as character driven dialogues and XP based feedback is highly valued. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each module reflects our educational standards, accessibility principles, and learner-centered design approach. Key Responsibilities Develop complete eLearning lessons using our custom Articulate Storyline 360 template, ensuring accurate content integration and consistent visual execution Use provided models to replicate tone, pacing, and lesson logic Customize template to as needed to meet content requirements Sync and embed media including voiceovers, animations, closed captions, and localized subtitles Collaborate with the team to resolve content uncertainties, flag inconsistencies, and contribute to high quality lesson delivery through thoughtful review and communication Follow multilingual content workflows and maintain translation friendly structure Ensure accessibility compliance and maintain visual and instructional consistency Qualifications · Experience creating eLearning content in Articulate Storyline 360 (2 years or more preferred) · Confident using layers, triggers, variables, states, master slides, and structured templates · Familiarity with CEFR A1 to C2 aligned instruction and adult learning preferred but not required · Skilled in designing for mobile first learners using responsive layouts and accessible UI · Able to implement voiceovers, closed captions, animation, and subtitles for multilingual content · Comfortable working with brand alignment, maintaining visual clarity, and following feedback from the team · Strong attention to detail with timing, audio, and interaction logic · Organized, quality driven, and able to manage multiple lessons on deadline To be considered, applicants must submit at least two custom Articulate Storyline samples that demonstrate relevant interactive work and use of logic or templates. You will work with advanced tools such as Runway, Hour One, HeyGen, and Colossyan to deliver video outputs that are accurate, on brand, and visually compelling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both AI video tools and traditional editing software, with a strong understanding of how to structure, sequence, and enhance video to support instructional messaging. You should be confident selecting and customizing AI avatars, managing multilingual voiceovers, and applying production techniques that ensure clarity, pacing, and consistency. This role requires both technical precision and creative judgment, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across instructional and design teams in a fast-paced, quality driven environment. This is a contract role ideal for someone early in their editing career who is ready to work on meaningful projects in a supportive and collaborative environment with 1-2 years’ experience. In this role, you’ll be editing videos and audio that are under one minute long, using finalized scripts and clear creative guidelines. You’ll assemble scenes, apply basic color correction, mix audio, and export in multiple formats (16:9 and 9:16). You won’t need to create animations or generate AI content, all necessary assets will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-moving creative team and gain experience working with editors, designers, and AI artists on projects that make a real impact. Attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to follow directions are key.
