HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and onboarding process, from posting job openings to welcoming new hires on board. You will be in charge of creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer letter process. Additionally, you will handle employee relations by addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Furthermore, you will administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Your role will also involve assisting in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems, as well as providing coaching to employees to support their professional growth. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to their professional development within the organization. In addition to the core HR responsibilities, you may be involved in HR reporting and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring workplace safety, and fostering collaboration and communication across departments will also be part of your role.
